Studio Rental
Unique space with lots of room
BP Boudior and Portrait Studio is a space where all creatives can come and create whatever it is their heart desires. With exposed brick, and deep, moody black walls, shadows and light both bring your images to life.
This space features Tall ceilings, two large overhead lights, a sitting area, a Studio wardrobe area, a Bathroom/changing room, A desk for editing, A large black wall for deep, moody pictures, a large exposed brick wall, A vanity for hair and Makeup, and two main boudoir areas/themes to shoot.
*Renting the space will vary based on Studio dates available.
Investment: $100 per hour a minimum of 2 hours renting at a time.
Use of furniture fee: $35 for the day (if furniture becomes broken during your rental use, the full price of the item will be billed and expected to be paid within 48 hours).
Use of Studio Wardrobe: $50 for outfits use and dry cleaning. (if outfit is worn and torn during rental use, full price for replacement will be billed and must be paid within 48 hours).
*Photographers will be expected to pay full rental fee for all space and items on the date the space is booked. The rental fee reflects space use, utility use, time and date. A two hour buffer time is given between each studio booking, to allow for space clean up. Studio rental time starts from the time of arrival, and be cleaned up by the ending rental time.
THERE IS NO SMOKING OR DRINKING ON THE PREMISES INCLUDING OUTSIDE IN THE FRONT OR IN THE BACK. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONs TO THIS!!
Monthly Rental Rates are as follows.
Basic Use: 2-3 times $250, this does not include furniture, or studio wardrobe use. Standard use contract must be signed.
Moderate Use: 4-5 times $450, this does not include furniture or studio wardobe use. Standard use contract must be signed and a 3 month commitment must be made with contract.
Full Time Use: 6-10 times a month $800 This includes Furniture and studio wardrobe use. A Standard Contract must be signed, and a 3 month commitment must be made with contract.
