No Refunds are given on Deposits for all services!
2x Reschedule before a new deposit is required for a 3rd date, No exceptions!
All images are the legal right of the artist, BUESCHING PHOTOGRAPHY LLC / BP BOUDOIR AND PORTRAIT STUDIO, no images shall be cropped, or re watermarked or edited for any reason!
Client must reschedule with in 72 hours from the date of their session, or they will be charges the remaining balance for their session.
Clients should book between 2-3 weeks before needed dates, as studio schedule varies often.
Balance is due 1-2 days prior to session and will be at studio owners' discretion on payment date.
Any payment past due will incur a $35 weekly late fee until it is paid in full.
Studio reserves the right to not work with any client that does not pay for work that has been done.
Studio is not held liable for any injury that has occurred by client's self-fault while in or on studio property. To include slipping, falling, cuts, bruises, illness or other possible issues that could happen, that is not done by the studio purposely.
By client paying deposit, Client understands all the terms and conditions and accepts them.
